Všechno začalo izolací. Covid. Najednou bylo všude ticho, až znepokojivé. Ale cítili jsme potřebu se spojit. Hudbou. Ze srdce Evropy. Z naší garáže v Praze. Nemohli jsme se potkávat, nemohli jsme hrát společně v jedné místnosti. Jediné, co jsme mohli, bylo posílat zvuky vzduchem napříč světem.

Každý z nás ve své vlastní bublině, a přesto propojení. Roky intenzivní práce pražské kapely 333 vedly k něčemu, co jsme vůbec nečekali. Postupně se k nám začali přidávat umělci nejen z Evropy, ale i z USA. Don Preston, Ian Paice, Glenn Hughes, Chris Jagger, Dick Taylor, Robbie McIntosh, Blair Cunningham, Hamish Stuart, Laco Deczi.

A tehdy nám to došlo naplno: hudba skutečně spojuje. A v těch nejtěžších chvílích vás dokáže udržet nad vodou. 

All started with isolation. Covid. Suddenly, there was an eerie silence everywhere.  But we felt the need to connect. Through music. From the heart of Europe. From our Prague garage. We couldn’t meet, we couldn’t play together in the same room. The only thing we could do was send sounds through the air across the world.

Each of us in our own bubble, yet still connected.  Years of intense work by Prague’s 333 band led to something we never expected. Gradually, artists joined us not only from Europe, but also from the USA.  Don Preston. Ian Paice. Glenn Hughes. Chris Jagger. Dick Taylor. Robbie McIntosh. Blair Cunningham. Hamish Stuart. Laco Deczi.  And that’s when it really hit us: music truly connects. And in the hardest moments, it can keep you afloat.‍

Red Baron Band odehrála hodinový set na respektovaném pražském festivalu Mezi ploty. Kapela nabídla průřez svou tvorbou: od osvědčených starších skladeb až po čerstvé novinky z připravovaného alba Walking Danger. Publikum přijalo vystoupení s nadšením a potvrdilo, že Red Baron Band patří mezi stálice domácí rockové scény.

Red Baron Band delivered a one‑hour set at the respected Prague festival Mezi ploty. The band offered a cross‑section of its work — from proven older tracks to fresh new songs from the upcoming album Walking Danger. The audience welcomed the performance with enthusiasm, confirming that Red Baron Band remains one of the mainstays of the Czech rock scene.

Red Baron Band a Beatová síň slávy / Red Baron Band and the Beat Hall of Fame festival 23.5. 2026

Skupina vystoupila na festivalu největšího českého rockového rádia Beat  Beatová síň slávy v amfiteátru v Lokti. Akci natáčela Česká televize a reportáž odvysílala také TV Prima. Red Baron Band odehrála hodinu a čtvrt dlouhý set, který publikum přijalo s nadšením. Kapela potvrdila svou silnou koncertní formu a představila i nové písně.

The band performed at the festival of Beat, the largest Czech rock radio station, held in the Loket amphitheatre. The event was filmed by Czech Television, and TV Prima also aired a report. Red Baron Band delivered a one‑hour‑and‑fifteen‑minute set that was met with enthusiastic applause. The band confirmed its strong live form and introduced new songs as well.

Red Baron Band vyráží na turné jako předkapela Iana Paice (Deep Purple, Purpendicular) a představuje nové skladby z připravovaného alba Walking Danger

Česká rocková formace Red Baron Band oznamuje podzimní koncertní sérii jako speciální host Iana Paice, legendárního bubeníka skupiny Deep Purple, který v rámci turné vystupuje se svou kapelou Purpendicular.

Turné zavítá do pěti českých měst a slibuje výjimečný hudební zážitek, kde se ikonický britský rock v podání Iana Paice a jeho kapely Purpendicular potkává s autentickou energií českého hardrocku, jak ji přináší Red Baron Band. Na každém koncertu zazní dvě nové skladby Red Baron Band, které představují další vývoj kapely. Mezi nimi i „River Of Whiskey“, kterou skupina zveřejnila na svém YouTube kanálu. Skladba je první ochutnávkou z chystaného alba Walking Danger, na kterém Red Baron Band aktuálně pracuje.

 

Red Baron Band joins Ian Paice (Deep Purple, Purpendicular) on tour and unveils new tracks from the upcoming album Walking Danger

The Czech rock outfit Red Baron Band announces a fall concert series as a special guest of Ian Paice, legendary drummer of Deep Purple, who will be performing with his band Purpendicular.

The tour will visit five Czech cities and promises an exceptional musical experience, where iconic British rock meets the authentic energy of Czech hard rock delivered by Red Baron Band. Each concert will feature two brand-new songs from Red Baron Band, showcasing the band’s evolving sound and creative direction.

Among them is “River Of Whiskey”, recently released on the band’s official YouTube channel. The track serves as the first taste of the upcoming album Walking Danger, currently in production. With its darkly poetic atmosphere and cinematic flair, “River Of Whiskey” blends blues, psychedelia, and raw rock groove into a haunting musical journey.

Koncerty s Mikem Moranem a Peterem Freestonem / Concerts with Mike Moran and Peter Freestone 28.9. 2025
 
Tři večery po sobě uváděl Paul společně s moderátorem Radia 1 Tomášem Vydrou audiovizuální program o skupině Queen. V rámci této show Paul hovořil o historii a hudbě kapely. Hosty byli osobní asistent Freddieho Mercuryho pan Peter Freestone a klavírista a skladatel Mike Moran. Mike vystupoval s Queen na koncertech v 80. letech a podílel se na sólových projektech Freddieho Mercuryho. Je například spoluautorem slavné skladby „Barcelona“. Dále natočil tři alba s Georgem Harrisonem, jedno s Ozzy Osbournem a působil také v kapele Ian Gillan Band. Součástí programu bylo i živé vystoupení, které proběhlo v sestavě: Mike Moran – piano, Kateřina Hladůvka – zpěv, a Paul Kowacz – kytara.
 
For three consecutive evenings, Paul, together with Radio 1 host Tomáš Vydra, presented an audiovisual program about the band Queen. As part of the show, Paul spoke about the band’s history and music. Special guests included Freddie Mercury’s personal assistant, Mr. Peter Freestone, and pianist-composer Mike Moran. Mike performed with Queen during the 1980s and contributed to Freddie Mercury’s solo projects. He is, for example, the co-author of the iconic song “Barcelona.” He also recorded three albums with George Harrison, one with Ozzy Osbourne, and played in the Ian Gillan Band. The program also featured a live performance with the lineup: Mike Moran on piano, Kateřina Hladůvka on vocals, and Paul Kowacz on guitar.
